1 english muffin
sweet chili sauce
one egg
preferred amount of egmont cheese
preferred amount of ham
2-3 slices of cucumbers

Toast an english muffin and liberally apply sweet chili sauce. Scramble and fry an egg. As the egg is cooking put the ham on the griddle. Fold the egg. Then put Egmont cheese on top of the ham to melt. Put ham, cheese and egg onto toasted English muffin. Garnish with 2-3 slices of cucumbers.

Sweet Chili Sauce

4 cups water
1 head of garlic (peeled and diced in food processor)
8 fresno peppers (diced in food processor)
2 thai chilis (diced in food processor)
3 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup rice vinegar
8 teaspoons salt
8 Tablespoon water
8 Tablespoons cornstarch

Combine first 6 ingredients in large pot with 4 cups water (garlic, fresno peppers, Thai chilis, sugar, rice vinegar and salt) and bring to a boil. Simmer items for 4-5 minutes. Strain peppers and garlic from mixture. Put back on heat. Add cornstarch and water mixture (remaining 8 Tablespoons) until sauce thickens.
