An arrest warrant is issued for a limo driver who was allegedly drunk when he took several kids to their high school prom.

Authorities say 54 year-old Richard Madison’s blood-alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit at the time of his arrest.

He drove 24 Oswego East High School students from Plainfield to Glen Ellyn back on May 11th. The kids say he drove erratically, and some of them called their parents.

Madison, of Palos Hills, failed to show for a hearing in DuPage County Court on Tuesday, and a judge set bail at $50,000.
