DMK Burger Bar

Ingredients:
5 oz patty, from 85-10 lean to fat, grass fed beef
1.5 oz slice of Sonoma jack cheese
1 thick slice bacon cooked crisp
1 potato flour bun
2 Tbs sweet unsalted butter
1 farm egg
3 Tbs hatch chili

Hatch Green Chili

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen New Mexican Hatch Green Chili
1/4 cup diced spanish onion
1 Tbs olive oil
salt to taste

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook 5-10 minutes.
