The Archdiocese of Chicago has reached a nearly $3.2 million settlement with another victim of sexual abuse by former priest Daniel McCormack.

The victim was targeted when he was between the 8th and 11th grades. The victim sued the Archdiocese and Francis Cardinal George in 2010 for failing to remove McCormack after knowing he was accused of abuse.

McCormack plead guilty in 2007 to abusing five children while he was a parish priest at St. Agatha, and served five years in prison.
