Pulled Pork Tacos with Roasted Green Salsa

6-8 green tomatillos, husk removed, washed thoroughly
2 jalapeno peppers
1 poblano pepper
1/2 yellow or white onion
large handful of fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1# smoked pulled pork
6 regular size corn tortillas
chopped white onion
chopped cilantro
lime wedges

Place the tomatillos, peppers, and 1/2 onion on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until soft and lightly charred on the outside. (You could instead roast them on top of an open flame grill.) Place the vegetables in a blender, add the cilantro, salt, and a couple Tablespoons of water. Cover and Blend until smooth. Toast the tortillas in the oven at 350 degree or over the stovetop burner with a low/medium flame.

Assemble your tacos:
Place 2-3 ounces of meat on the tortilla, top with chopped raw onion, cilantro, green salsa, and a squeeze of lime.
