Search resumes for missing woman in Chicago River

The search for a woman who fell into the Chicago River resumes this morning.

The 21-year-old woman fell into the water, along with two male friends, while trying to retrieve a dropped cell phone.

The owner of the phone, 26-year-old Ken Hoang of St. Paul, Minnesota, died after being pulled out.

The other man is in stable condition.

The woman never surfaced.

Visibility in the murky water is practically zero, so divers have to feel for the body.

The search resumes today at 9 a.m.
