Blackhawks Game Notes For Saturday @ St. Louis

stats_logo_400x225* The Blues lost, 4-3, in a shootout with the Flames in Calgary on Monday, recording their third straight game with at least one point in the process (2-0-1 record). Including a mark of 13-0-0 this season, St. Louis is 46-0-1 when netting at least three goals at Scottrade Center since the beginning of 2011-12.
* Kevin Shattenkirk had a goal Monday, and now has four points (2g, 2a) during his current four-game scoring streak overall. Shattenkirk (26 points) is one of seven different Blues who have recorded at least 25 points in 2013-14 – tied with the Blackhawks for most of any team in the league.
* The Blues have defeated the Blackhawks both times the two clubs have met this season, and three straight times overall. Four of the last five games between St. Louis and Chicago at United Center have needed a shootout to decide a victor (both teams have won two of those shootouts).
* Chicago is 7-0-2 in the second of back-to-back games this season – second best in the league. St. Louis is 8-2-2 when getting 2+ days off between tilts in 2013-14 – best in the NHL.
