Man charged in Mag Mile crash

A 29-year-old man appeared in Cook County bond court Monday, accused of crashing into four cars on the Magnificent Mile, and then trying to run away.

Reggie Thompson-Seay Jr., of the 3600 block of South Rhodes was charged with felony aggravated fleeing. He also was charged with the following misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence, attempt to elude police, failing to notify damage to an unattended vehicle, resisting a peace officer, driving without ever having been issued a license and possession of cannabis.

He also was also issued with six traffic violation citations including driving on the sidewalk, negligent driving and others.

Police said he jumped a curb in the 800 block of North Michigan Avenue Sunday, and hit four cars before getting out and running into a store, where he was arrested.

No one was hurt.
