Education secretary Arne Duncan is in town today.
The former Chicago schools CEO is making two stops.
First, he’ll drop by Benito Juarez Community Academy this afternoon.
There Duncan will get feedback on the school’s efforts to increase the graduation rate, lower the dropout rate, and help Hispanic students get into college.
This evening Duncan will attend a dinner meeting at the economic club of Chicago.
He`ll be part of a conversation about education issues in the U.S. and abroad.
