Community rallies around tornado victims

As volunteers serve Thanksgiving dinner to those hit hardest by November’s tornadoes, others are looking for more ways to help.

Multi-Agency Resource Center will be open Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is a disaster relief one-stop-shop with helpful information for residents of the area.
If you need volunteer assistance for debris removal, please call 309-698-5001. If you are interested in volunteering, you must be 18 years or older. Individuals may call 309-698-5002 to register. Groups may call 309-698-5003 to register. Volunteers can also register at the Illinois Central College CougarPlex, located on the ICC East Peoria campus at 1 College Drive in East Peoria.
