The Chicago Sun-Times website was hacked, and is still not working as of Sunday morning.

The newspaper’s Managing Editor says, and some of it’s associated sites, fell victim to a cyber attack early Saturday morning due to a security issue with the vendor of its domain name.

The website was replaced by an “under construction” page.  Other users are not seeing anything at all.

The Sun-Times said it would take several hours to fix, but it’s already been a day.
