A professor at the University of Illinois could have his tenure revoked this week.
Engineering professor Louis Wozniak has worked at the school for 50 years.
Wozniak was accused of publicly embarrassing a student, sending e-mails with sexual overtones to students and other acts.
He has been suspended from teaching since August 2010.
A committee agreed he violated policies, but let him stay under certain conditions.
Now school officials say those conditions were not met, so the case will go before University trustees on Thursday.
Wozniak denies he did anything wrong.
