Police: Man sought in Antioch suspicious death case

Two bodies were reportedly found in a home in Antioch.

According to a village source, the bodies were discovered in the ground floor of the home in the 1200 block of Main Street Monday.


54-year-old Billy Varner is wanted by police for questioning in Antioch suspicious death case

The victims are believed to be an elderly woman, and her grown son.

It is not clear yet how the two people died.

Police released a picture of 54-year-old Billy Varner; he is wanted for questioning in a suspicious death case.

Neighbors believe Varner is the son of the elderly woman.

He was last seen driving a 2002 tan, Chevy conversion van with the license plate reading: N943872.

The van has damage to the rear passenger side tail-light.

Those who have met Varner are surprised that he is apparently on the run.

Police warn people to not approach Varner if they see him just call 9-1-1.

Neighbors say Varner’s mother was confined to a wheelchair and seldom seen outside.
