The former chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade is accused of fleeing the country to avoid paying millions of dollars to his ex-wife.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports Patrick Arbor is living in Italy or Switzerland and claims he’s an Italian citizen.
A Cook County judge issued a warrant last week for Arbor’s arrest.
The divorce was made final last week and Arbor was ordered to pay more than $18 million to his ex-wife.
Arbor ran the Board of Trade from 1993 until 1999.
