The first robbery happened Tuesday afternoon at 81st and South Paxton.

Before that, it happened about a mile away at 77th and Colfax on September 15th.

In both cases, the man said he was a federal agent by the name of Franklin.

Even though he didn’t wear a uniform or have identification, police said the man convinced each victim to get into his car.

The man then pulled a gun and robbed them.

Police said the man was driving a tan SUV with temporary plates.

He is described as a black man between 40 and 50 years old, and about six feet tall.

He’s bald but has sideburns and a goatee.
