NayakThe political fundraiser who allegedly tried to buy a Senate seat from imprisoned governor Rod Blagojevich for former congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. has pled guilty to a different pay-to-play scheme.

Raghuveer Nayak changed his plea Friday to guilty”in a federal health care fraud case.

The 58-year-old paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to doctors in exchange for patient referrals to his chain of outpatient surgery centers.
