Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the handiest of them all? You! If you follow these steps, that is.

Blake Sloane of the Rebuilding Exchange gave us some helpful tips on how to create and hang your own, one-of-a-kind mirror.

  • Wood glue
  • Wooden barbeque skewers
  • Mirror-hanging kit
  • Hammer
  • Nails
  • Safety goggles
  • Drill
  • Miter saw
  • 45-degree clamp
  • Mirrored glass
  • Old wood flooring

  1. Determine fram size based on mirror size
  2. Cut boards to length
  3. Fasten the frame together
  4. Drill four holes and insert skewer bits
  5. Attach mirror-hanging kit

This project is moderately difficult and will take around an hour. Cost is only $10!
