Matteson man charged in Beverly murder

A man form Matteson was arrested in Arkansas days after a shooting in the Beverly neighborhood.

David Twine, 32, was arrested after a warrent was issued for aggravated battery with a firearm.

According to Law enforcement officials, Twine was charged with the murder of Kyle Arrington after being  “identified through a Chicago police investigation” as the shooter.

Arrington was shot in the stomach on May 15 in the 9900 Block of South Walden Parkway.

He died about a month later.

Police announced charges against Twine late Wednesday and Twine appeared in court today.
