A Cook County judge ruled Divvy bikes can stay in front of a Lakeview condo.

The building’s association requested a 15-bike station be removed from the sidewalk near Addison Street and Pine Grove Avenue.

The association said it received last-minute notice the station was going to be installed on Wednesday.

They say the station already has led to crowding at all hours.

A judge sided with the city Friday, and also said that the association didn’t have a constitutional right to advanced notice.
