$25K bond for dad charged with hiding PCP in toddler’s pocket

Bond is set at $25,000 for the father accused of hiding dozens of packets of drugs on his daughter.

Emmanuel Wiggins was pulled over in the 1300 block of South Lawndale Tuesday after police spotted a 2-year-old girl in his SUV without a car seat.

Police say the girl was riding on her dad’s lap and that he hid 26-tin foil packages laced with PCP in her pants’ pocket.

Wiggins faces charges of drug possession and child endangerment.
