A group of teenagers is accused of harassing and robbing three women at North Avenue Beach.

Police say 17-year-old Keith Clough and a group of friends harassed three women from Cincinnati who were riding a rented Chariot bicycle.

The group took turns jumping on to the bike and refused to get off.

Police say at one point one of the teens molested one of the women.

Clough is accused of stealing an iPhone from the women.

His bail is set at $60,000.

Well, get used to this. I read hat the police have made about 90,000 less arrests than in previous years. Most likely a cost cutting maneuver. Anybody else noticed the difference? More scum around everywhere you look.

Yeah, he's a moron, but YOUR post is incoherent. You need to learn to write properly. Then people might take what you say seriously. Otherwise you just prove people like him right.

Why in the hell did no one did anything to stop them? These punks are lucky I wasn’t around when they were acting a fool, I would’ve taught them a good lesson.
