Conflicts of interest arise in Peterson murder appeal

The Will County State’s Attorney claims there’s a conflict of interest on the defense team in the Drew Peterson murder appeal.

James Glasgow has an issue with Steven Greenberg.

Greenberg is facing a libel suit from former colleague Joel Brodsky. But, Greenberg insists there’s no conflict of interest. Glasgow is asking the court to direct Peterson to waive the conflict of interest or replace Greenberg.
