Bulls Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen is facing a lawsuit filed by a man in California after an altercation last month outside a restaurant in Malibu.

The suit filed in Los Angeles County accuses Pippen of assaulting the 49-year-old owner of a luxury car business.

The man reportedly made several requests to take a picture with Pippen before the altercation.

Sheriff’s deputies briefly sought Pippen for arrest after the June 23 incident, but he voluntarily met with investigators and was not charged.

The man says Pippen punched him in the head and kicked him after he fell to the ground.

The suit, which seeks $4 million in damages, claims he still suffers headaches and nausea which prevent him from running his business.

Typical crock lawsuit by somebody trying to get rich off of someone who is already rich. Just like that idiot camera man who sued Dennis Rodman that time when Rodman went out at the base of the net and kicked out at the jerk that was too close to the action anyway. If I remember correctly, Dennis "settled" it for $250,000 just to make it go away. And now this guy claims he can't run his luxury car business after the fight…..give me a break…unfortunatly there are always lawyers waiting in the wings for these types of cases.
