I grew up on 4th & chicago ave, just a few blocks away, and when i see things like this i am happy i moved away. I used to ride my bike through the forest perserve there; i’d never let my daughters do the same!!! Save the city – bring in the national guard and treat gang bangers like terrorists cuz they terrorize people and whole neighbors.
