Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 yellow onion
1 red apple
1 package thin cut bacon
chicken seasoning
3 bricks of cream cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim all fat off of chicken. Butterfly 6 chicken breasts. Mix 3 bricks of cream cheese with half a diced onion and a diced apple. Stir the cream cheese, apples and onion until it is a smooth consistency. Season the inside and outside of each chicken breast. Apply one dollop of cream cheese with apple and onion inside chicken breast. Close chicken breast around cream cheese apple and onion and wrap each chicken breast closed with 3 strips of bacon. Place all completed breasts on a Teflon baking sheet or foil on a regular sheet. Place sheet in the oven at 400 degrees for 40-55 minutes. Serve when cooked.
