Karen’s Tips:

Summer style starts with glowing skin. With the sun and high temperatures, your skin should be your #1 priority. Taking care of it with organic products feeds your skin with the right elements to protect it from the sun. Renu Spa in Deerfield is offering all organic treatments with the raw, vegan and live plant based  products.

Being fashionable is always in style — but not spending a lot of money to look your best is even more so. Nordstrom’s new Savvy Department has gorgeous clothing pieces that are on trend, and don’t cost that much money! Be trendy without spending a lot.

Look hot at the beach. Add pops of color with a tote bag. Fedoras are really “in” for the beach, boat, and going out at night. Wear 1-2 trendy pieces and keep the rest of your outfit simple. Visit shopbop.

Being a stylish hostess is always an essential. Crate and Barrel makes it easy to add little pops of color to your party or BBQ. Also with their “retro” snow cone machine, your dessert table will be a hit for both kids and adults. Make your own snow cones. Adults, add a little rum or tequila to make it interesting.

Eat healthy. Everyone wants to feel and look their best in their swimsuits, and at the beach and pool. Muscle Maker Grill is a new restaurant concept that is serving delicious, healthy food that pays attention to protein, carb, fat and sodium components. Everything is made fresh.
