The past five days of high temps in Chicago have been the coolest in a late June/early July period in 46 years, but significant warming  is ahead!

Temps and humidifies are to build over the next 5 days.

Chicago temperatures will be near 90 by Sunday.  But the warming is not even close to last year’s heat. Stifling mid-70 degrees  dew points are predicted early next week.

With an unusually strong jet stream predicted overhead Monday through Wednesday next week, waves of severe storms and big rains are a risk.
