Police seek suspect in Arlighton Heights attack

Arlington Heights police are asking for help in identifying a man who began to attack a woman as she was starting to get out of her vehicle.

It happened in a parking lot of an apartment in the 600 block of Happfield Dr Monday night.

They say he grabbed her around the neck and ordered her out of her car.

She attempted to push him away and began to pepper spray him with a small canister she had attached to her key chain.

The suspect fled the scene and the victim did not require medical attention.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Arlington Heights police.
