Mother, caregiver charged with autistic teen’s murder

The mother and a caregiver of an autistic teen who was found fatally stabbed, are expected in bond court today.

According to the Cook County State’s attorney, Dorothy Spourdalakis, 50, and the caregiver, Jolanta Agata Skrodzka, 44, were each charged with one count of first-degree murder of Alex Spourdalakis. He lived with his mother in an apartment in the 8100 block of West Grand Ave in River Grover.

The boy was found while his mother and caregiver were in another room in a semi-conscious state, police said.

Authorities said the women had “issues” including “frustration” with the condition and care of the child including dealing with his with autism.

    It was so obvious that the mother murdered her own son who she couldn't handle any longer but her time will come on judgement day!
