Police are warning DePaul students on the Lincoln Park campus after two attacks in the past month.

At 10:15 p.m. Sunday while walking west on Webster a DePaul student and his friend were robbed by three men, one of whom had a gun.

The robbers took the student’s backpack, wallet, and cell phone.

Neither of the victims were hurt.

Just a few weeks ago on May 17th, another student, freshman Thomas Lehmkuhl, was walking on the north end of campus, where Lincoln, Halsted and Fullerton meet around 2 a.m. Lehmkuhl was with four other friends when, out of the blue, he was punched in the face by one man who was with a group, let go and then attacked again. His nose was broken so badly, he needed surgery.
