In the lawsuit, Anthony Collaro claims his former coach promised to help him get drafted to a major league baseball team if he performed sex acts on video.

According to Collaro, coach Sprio Lempesis planned to sell the video to a pornography company.

Collaro says he performed sexual acts between 20 and 30 times in Lempesis’s office in the school gym between June 2008 and June 2009.

Collaro says he was never contacted by recruiters or saw professional scouts at his games.

According to the lawsuit, Spiro Lempesis was fired from Concordia in 2010, but it’s not clear why.

The lawsuit filed Tuesday in Cook County Circuit Court.

Neither the university nor Lempesis have commented on the lawsuit.
