Mayor Emanuel impersonates former President Clinton

Mayor Emanuel delivered the commencement address to a group of college graduates in Arkansas.

He spoke at the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service Saturday.

34 students graduated from the school’s two-year Master of Public Service program.

They’re from 14 states, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Portugal and Thailand.

Mayor Emanuel encouraged them to come and work in Chicago, then he gave them his best Bill Clinton impersonation.

Emanuel lived and worked in Little Rock, Arkansas during President Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign.
