A woman has been charged with the murder of her husband from 34 years ago.

Jacquelyn Greco was arrested in Michigan in March.

She’s being held without bond in Cook County.

Greco is accused of having two hit men go into her home in northwest suburban Inverness, in 1979.

Greco and her children were tied up, while her husband was shot and killed.

Investigators reopened the case two years ago.

Prosecutors say Greco wanted her husband dead, so she could keep his money.

The gunmen were never arrested.

So, they're basically alleging this off hunches and suspicions. If they had the gunmen they could definitely prove it. We would know that they have the gunmen if they were charged in connection to it. What kind of flimsy evidence do they have, her DNA on a $100 bill that was printed in 1974?
