Flights are expected to return to normal Sunday night, after furloughs of air traffic controllers caused major delays across the country.
The Federal Aviation Administration said all employee furloughs have officially been suspended.
The furloughs went into effect last Sunday, and the impact was felt immediately.
The FAA reported more than 1,200 delays in the first day.
Lawmakers rushed a bill through Congress late last week, to withdraw the furloughs.
It is now on President Obama’s desk to sign.
