The first day of the NFL draft begins Thursday and all eyes in Chicago are on the Bears’ 20th pick in the first round.
Many expect former Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o to be that first round pick.
Te’o was a four year starter with the Fighting Irish and was noted for his on the field performance as well as his leadership skills.
However, others have raised concerns about his poor showing in the BCS Championship game against Alabama.
The Bears need an inside linebacker after longtime Bear Brian Urlacher parted ways with the team this year, and some draft experts predict they will select Te’o with the 20th pick.
