Four people were injured in a fiery crash on the Edens Expressway near Northbrook late Sunday night.

It was all caught on video by a witness.

Illinois State Police say a semi-truck was heading northbound on the Edens when the driver tried to merge into the center lane and swerved hitting a car and then crashed into a wall near tower road.

The truck then burst into flames, with the trailer sitting on top of a car.

One person was critically injured with severe burns.

Three other people were taken to the hospital.

All lanes of the Edens were shut down for several hours but are now back open.

    The story was reported wrong.
This video is of an accident that my Danny and his brother Kenny pulled people out of the car and truck just before it exploded. You can kinda see people in the video. I think the one on the right is Kenny, Dan is on the other side pulling a man and a women out of the simi. Although you can see a person on the left of the video, we think it was the wife running to the passenger side. Was she driving? Dan was take to the hospital for smoke inhalation. He saw to women- mother and daughter covered in burns. They were engulfed in the fire.
