It was just after 3 am on March 24th when a fight broke out inside Bacci’s Pizza.

As bars around the crowded Wrigleyville restaurant closed for the night– angry customers were not only throwing fists but chairs and even one another as other diners tried to hold them back.

Chicago Police said two women were waiting in line to order when two other women, who were apparently drunk, began hitting them.

Some say it was an argument over line jumping.

It quickly escalated to other patrons waiting and line before spilling into the rest of the restaurant and then onto Clark street.

Nate Gill is a bouncer at the neighboring Irish Oak-  and no strangers to scuffles outside establishments in this neighborhood.

“They were swinging chairs,” he said, “the people who go to cubs games do whatever they want.”

The video, taken by a then Bacci’s employee, has gotten tens of thousands of hits on YouTube– but it happened before the start of the new season.

People out and about after Friday’s Cubs game say Cubs fans are mostly peaceful.

No one was arrested, but police are still investigating it.
