Son charged in fatal stabbing of father on South Side

A man has been charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death of his father on the city’s far South Side.

It happened near 114th Street and Rockwell, early Sunday morning.

Police say 49-year-old Kenneth Johnson was stabbed multiple times by his 24-year-old son, Mason, after the two got into an argument.

Kenneth Johnson was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

    They got into an disagreement, about cleaning the basement, if the son who is 24yrs old didn’t like what his father said, then leave and get your own house.if you can leave, just shut up and do what ur other words grow the hell up.
