Benefits of eating a healthy breakfastHaving breakfast will give your brain a boost — you won’t believe how much.

Students who ate breakfast at school scored nearly 18 percent higher on math tests and were 20 percent more likely to graduate from high school than their peers who skipped the first meal of the day.

The study from Share Our Strength”, a group committed to providing meals for underprivileged school children, sought to figure out the impact of offering healthy breakfasts in the classroom.

Researchers say breakfast even translates to higher income — since graduates have better job opportunities.

obviously, it is time for a new government breakfast program,
after all it's for the children, no matter what it costs, the children deserve it
perhaps if we end up feeding the kids at school we could reduce the amount of the welfare check sent home (nah, heck that makes too much sense)
