How stress may impact fertility in men

Doctors say they have proven why stress impacts fertility.

Italian researchers found men with higher levels of short term and long term stress have a lower sperm count.

The stressed sperm were also often deformed and less mobile.

And an indication fertility treatment is stressful – men undergoing treatment with their spouse had a lower sperm quality than other stressed out study participants.
