Police say the 43-year old man was being loud and verbally abusive while waiting in line in a parking lot next to the church.

The man told police he was there with his girlfriend to pay respects and was not related to the Pendleton family.

Officers tried to calm him down, but he wouldn’t cooperate.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

(=*=) I feel as if Chicago Police does to much at times. There are more valuable things to arrest someone for in time of such an event. Let the man be mad. So what. He's not inside being loud! us another way for CPD to still the light. Where were they to prevent this service from taking place in the first place?
