what is wrong with his parents to raise him like that did they not teach him right from wrong. I blame his parents and the judge who didnt lock him up the frist five times

  • Unreal

You know there is a senator in Montana who is pushing to allow criminals to choose canings/whippings as opposed to traditional sentences. Wonder if that would help?

I'm with all of the above. In my youth, mentioning the pricipals office made my butt hurt and my eyes water. Noone wanted to go there…. Now it's a joke because the kids know, no matter how badly they act, they cannot bephysically touched….. Getting the same way with justice system…

  • Glad I left

Was he an NRA member? Did he have a FOID card and Chicago permit ? What suburb did he buy the gun in — no gun shops in Chicago.

Robbing someone at gunpoint at 15? WHEW! Where's his FATHER? Gosh where the heck does a 15 year old get a gun, and have the audacity to pont it at someone's head? That boy got the devil in him–the Bible says "Withhold not correction from the child, for if thou beat him with the rod, he shall not die".

    • Don

Honey, you asked, "where's his father???" You don't know that "culture," do you? Even de baby momma don't know where the "father" is, much less the 15yr old sprog.

A dog only gets to bite someone twice before it's euthanized for being a menace to society…. Why does this POS get 19 times…. Time toget serious about our punishments…. The criminal system shouldn't be a catch and release program…

I am in awe of the negative racial statements made based on a name and assumption. Wow. I have to admit that it is difficult not to be cynical about the future. I wonder how many of the people posting on this site was in church yesterday praising the Lord. Are you the same Christians that have no compassion? Are you the same Christians who only follow Jesus when it is convenient? Just want to know if the pillars of our community are posting these negative disregard for life or just regular people who are too scared to actually do something constructive like becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister or mentoring.

    • Don

Yeah, Sharay Shanaynay … let's have compassion and do something constructive like be a big brother or big sister and watch the thug rip us off when we're not looking. Why don't YOU start up an after school program for all these oh-so-poor children and babysit them from 4 to 7 every afternoon? You could offer programs in tiddly winks, arts and crafts, and nose picking. Read my lips: such children are hopeless. Lock them up, discard the key. Too much taxpayer $$$ going toward supporting these people only to turn them back out on the streets to wreak more havoc. *** 19 arrests at age 15 *** what does that tell you?

i learned from my one mistake 18 years ago and was told by head of deck …get a family get a job and ignore peoples b.s and dont come back

how about the court system his mother can't do anything with him and he been doing this now for 19 times. See I know what system be about they take the m off the stret until he kill someone then said parents fault. Better keep your self ready for 16th year olds they commiting crim and still able to walk around to do it again the courts, judge is going to dogs, if you don't have any where for him to go but streets let the people know he loose on news, if the news would get with the Mayor who in turn with Govenor and let community know criminals are being release we as people be more prepared. Most times when mothers kick kids out it's for their on protection rember you all started child abuse and kids are calling police on their parents so deal with this kid don't wait until he kills someone . Damned the crininal system they will get younger.Just wait

  • Sharay

Just for clarification, I didn't say that there isn't a need for consequences. My point is that the racist statements and judgments that have been made on this site with nothing more than a name of a suspect, is disgraceful and I become more cynical based on these statements and predispositional statements. The juvenile is troubled and definitely needs some time away from society for the safety of society. That doesn't mean he's not redeemable. We are all God's children.

The only thing saving this kid's ass is that he is considered a minor at 15. Can't wait to say "Happy Sweet 16" welcome to the real world!
