Report: Baby Boomers living longer but less healthy

While every generation has boasted being healthier than their parents, for the first time, this is not the case.

Baby Boomers may be living longer but they are less healthy.

The journal Internal Medicine reports on the plagues for Boomers: higher rates of obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Just 13 percent of Baby Boomers studied ages 46 to 64 were in excellent health.
