Peter Pan in Chicago: Cathy Rigby and company show us to how to fly

I’m crossing another one off the bucket list on tonight’s WGN News at Five. Broadway in Chicago has brought Cathy Rigby and Peter Pan back to Chicago at the Cadillac Palace Theatre through February 10th. They invited us out to take a closer look at how Rigby performs all of those flying tricks high above the stage, and they even let me strap in and give it a go.

After putting on the harness and being hoisted into the air, I have an even greater respect for actors who have to deliver lines, and even sing, while doing it. We’ll post my feature here after it airs. If you’d like to see Peter Pan in person, here’s more info….
