Police say she was driving on Mannheim Road, near O’Hare airport early Saturday morning, when she swerved into a man on the street.

Perry was arrested after she crashed into a parked car.

She’s also charged with not having insurance and having an open container of alcohol in the car.

Chicago police are investigating a fatal crash on Mannheim Road near O’Hare Airport.

The crash happened just south of I-90, early Saturday morning.

A man was reportedly fixing his car on the shoulder of the southbound lanes of Mannheim road, when a woman driving a Chrysler PT Cruiser struck and killed him.

The man’s name has not been released.

The woman is in police custody.
