While authorities have not confirmed the identity but a Facebook page set up for the search says it was Frase’s body. On the Facebook page, this statement was posted:

“It is with our deepest regrets and sadness that we are obliged to let you all know, that Joey has been found. All we know right now is that he is deceased and was located near Campbell Airport. Thank you all for your prayers and support. We really appreciate all of your efforts. We will keep you posted.”
