    Chicago Bulls introduce Gasol and Mirotic

    The Chicago Bulls introduced Nikola Mirotic and Pau Gasol on Friday. In accordance with team policy, the terms of their contracts were not announced.     Cubs trade Samardzija, Hammel to Athletics

    While the 4th of July fireworks were exploding off Navy Pier, the Cubs stole the grand finale. In a late-night shocker, the Cubs sent Jeff Samardzija and Jason Hammel to the Oakland Athletics. Coming back to the Cubs are Addison Russell, Billy McKinney & Dan Straily. Russell and McKinney were the top two prospects in the A’s organization.
