    Flooding shuts down parts of the Circle Exchange in Chicago

    A night of heavy rain led to flooding that shut down several ramps in the Circle Exchange in downtown Chicago. The ramp from the eastbound Interstate-290 Eisenhower Expressway to the outbound Dan Ryan Expressway (I-94) Sunday morning. Most of I-94 and its exits were shut down near the Jane Byrne Interchange overnight due to the flooding, but as of 9 a.m. only the Eisenhower ramp remained closed.     There is more wet weather on the way for the Chicago area Sunday. Rain will continue on and off throughout the day with a chance of some isolated thunderstorms later in the day. Temperatures will in the mid-upper 70s.
