    Man driving luggage cart killed in crash at Midway Airport

    CHICAGO – A man driving a luggage vehicle was killed in a crash Friday night at Midway Airport on the Southwest Side. Chicago Police say the crash happened at about 11:20 p.m. when the driver collided with another luggage vehicle. The victim was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead. The medical examiner has identified the victim as 52-year-old Michael Yates.     MADRID (AP) — A military transport plane crashed near southwestern Seville airport Saturday, killing its crew, Spain’s prime minister said. It is unclear if anyone else was injured.   • Chicago celebrates Polish Constitution Day

    CHICAGO – Chicago’s Polish community celebrated Polish Constitution Day with the 124th annual Polish Constitution Day Parade downtown on Saturday. Thousands lined Dearborn Street from Lake to Van Buren Streets this year instead of the usual Columbus Drive. The celebration was in recognition of Poland’s Constitution founded in 1791. This year’s Grand Marshal was Chicago native and Duke University coach Mike Krzyzewski.
