Extra Bitter Hot Fudge
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine water, cocoa, and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate, and stir until completely melted.
