Man dies after jumping in Chicago River

Chicago, Il – – A 24-year-old man died after jumping in the Chicago River early Saturday morning.

Police responded to a call of a person in the water near  Wabash Avenue at around 2 a.m.

The Marine Unit pulled the man out and tried to revive him.

He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
